Privacy Policy

Information on the Privacy Policy ex art. 13 D.lgs. 196/2003.
Dear Sir/Madam, we would like to inform you that the Legislation Decree n.196 of June 30 2003 (“regulations on the matter of protection of personal data”) foresees the protection of the people and other subjects in respect of the use of personal data. According to the mentioned norm, such use shall be characterised by principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, and protection of your privacy and your rights. As per article 13 of the Legislation Decree 196/2003, we hereby give you the following information:

  1. END USE OF DATA TREATMENT – The collection and treatment of data is carried out by PAGANO SYSTEM SRL or by other connected organizations/societies with the aim of: a) guaranteeing technical assistance before and after sale; b) statistical analysis for marketing use; c) observing the degree of satisfaction; d) invitations to informative or promotional events; e) distributing informative and promotional material.
  2. TREATMENT MODALITY – INCHARGE – Treating data for the aforementioned uses will happen either through automatic and none automatic modalities and in respect of privacy and security regulations foreseen in the law. The data will be used, on behalf of PAGANO SYSTEM SRL, by its staff, professionals or business, in charge of carrying-out specific services or complementary activities to those of PAGANO SYSTEM SRL, that are necessary to the execution of operations and services of PAGANO SYSTEM SRL.
  3. SUBMISSION OF DATA – The submission of data is absolutely optional. The eventual refusal of providing data or answering phone interviews will not bring any consequence, except the impossibility of providing the services offered by PAGANO SYSTEM SRL.
  4. COMMUNICATION OF DATA – considering the existence of telematics, informatics or correspondence connections, the data can be made available even abroad, including countries outside the European Union, and can be communicated to: a) PAGANO SYSTEM SRL employees not specifically in charge; b) societies, organizations or other subjects that carryout outsourced activities on behalf of PAGANO SYSTEM SRL; c) other organizations, foreign included, connected to PAGANO SYSTEM SRL.

  6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY – At any moment, you will exert your right in regards to the data controller, as per article 7 of the Legislation Decree 196/2003 which we hereby transcribe for your ease of reference:
Legislation Decree 196/2003 – article 7: Right to access personal data and other rights. 1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data that regards him/her, even if not yet recorded, and to its clear communication. 2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication of: a) the origin of such personal data; b) the aims and modalities of their use; c) the applied logic in case of their treatment being processed with the support of electronic instruments; d) identification details of the controller, the people responsible and of the designated representative as per article 5, c.2; e) subjects and categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated or that are acquainted, in quality of designated representative in the territory of the State, with those responsible or in charge. 3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) the rectification, integration and update of the data; b) deletion, anonymous transformation or blockage of the data treated with violation to the law, including those of which retainment is not necessary for the scope for which they were collected or subsequently treated; c) declaration that the operations as per points (a) and (b) of point 3, have been made available, even for what concerns their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or distributed, for the exception of when such compliance becomes impossible or which would require means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected. 4. The interested party has the right to take position against, in its totality or in part: a) for reasons legitimate to the personal data that concern him/her, and pertinent to the scope for which they were obtained; b) for the treatment of personal data that concern him/her with the scope of delivery of publicity or direct sale or for market research or commercial communication.
